10/17: All students complete both assignments. (1) Turn in 500 word Simmons I/II reflection (insights from experience per syllabus). (2) Also turn in 500 word Simmons I/II outcome analysis (a) Whether you recommended or decided to settle; (b) why you made that recommendation or decision; and (c) how perceptions of risk affected the analysis. NOTES from Simmons I/II should NOT be turned in.
